Talent Acquisition 🚀 We’re Hiring: Recruiter \u007C LATAM (On-site) 📍 Ubicación: Colombia, México y Honduras (Presencial) 🕒 Horario: Lunes a Viernes \u007C 10:00 a.m. – 7:00 p.m. (CDT)

Estamos buscando un Recruiter dinámico y orientado a resultados para unirse a nuestro equipo. Esta persona será clave para impulsar el crecimiento del negocio, atrayendo y contratando talento de alto nivel en múltiples áreas.

✨ ¿Qué harás en este rol?

Gestionar procesos de reclutamiento end-to-end. Reclutar perfiles como:

• Sales Consultants

• Promoters

• Team Leaders

• Project Coordinators

• Roles de liderazgo Trabajar de la mano con hiring managers y franquiciados. Realizar sourcing activo (job boards, referidos, networking). Mantener pipelines de candidatos actualizados. Cumplir metas de contratación en entornos dinámicos y de alto volumen.

✅ Lo que buscamos en ti

• +2 años de experiencia en reclutamiento (idealmente high-volume).

• Experiencia en posiciones de ventas, servicios o trades.

• Habilidades sólidas de comunicación y entrevista.

• Capacidad para manejar múltiples vacantes simultáneamente.

• Experiencia con Indeed, job boards y Microsoft Office.

• Alta organización, sentido de urgencia y enfoque en resultados.
