Winthrop specialises in providing turnkey data centre solutions, providing services from design, through to construction across the full range of civil, structural, architectural, mechanical and electrical services as well as commissioning.

We are currently constructing multiple turnkey data centre projects across Europe, equating to over 500 MW of IT load in flight.

We are pleased to announce that we are currently seeking a Part-Time Receptionist to join our team. The job is based in our Ballymount Office, and the hours will be 8.00 am to 2.00 pm.

Below is a list of typical duties, but is not exclusive of all duties, that are required to be carried out onsite.

Responsibilities and Duties

• Providing all front of house reception services, being the first point of contact for guests and clients.

• Answering incoming calls – screening, forwarding and announcing in a professional and efficient manner.

• Receiving visitors at the front desk by greeting, welcoming, directing and announcing them in a manner that creates an excellent reflection of the company/client.

• Managing meeting room bookings and associated requirements.

• Managing the Access Control System, and creating reports.

• Organising post and courier deliveries, taxis etc.

• Liaising with Facilities Management regarding building requirements e.g. maintenance, reporting of issues.

• Assisting in the management of events/programmes and meetings.

• Undertaking other responsibilities and administrative tasks as may be assigned.

• Ensuring that the reception area is neat and professional in appearance.


Requirements:
• Previous Front of House Reception experience

• Very strong interpersonal and communication skills

• Excellent written and spoken English

• IT literacy – MS Office experience required

• Confident multi-tasker with excellent organizational skills
