Position Summary
Renaissance Dental Implant Center is seeking a personable and professional receptionist to join our front desk team. Our practice specializes in high-end dental implant procedures and complete smile transformations under the leadership of one of the premier specialists in the state. The right candidate for this position will foster patient relationships and represent the practice in a polished, professional manner.

Essential Functions:
Answer, screen and forward calls providing information, taking messages and scheduling appointments
Build patient relationships that foster trust and clear communication
Memorize and use scripts effectively both over the phone and in person
Scan documents such as referrals, new patient paperwork, and record releases into patient’s chart
Collect mail, messages and courier deliveries
Check in patients and maintain a sign in sheet
Enter patient’s personal information into computer
Determine which patients need a medical history update
Indicate a patient is ready to be seated by changing the status on the appointment
Confirm next day and 3-day out appointments
Print route slips for the next day’s appointments
Report changes in the schedule
Must always represent the practice in a professional, pleasant, and cooperative manner.
Must maintain regular, consistent and punctual attendance in accordance with assigned schedule and time off policies
Must be able to comfortably and efficiently handle multiple deadlines and task assignments
Other duties and tasks, as assigned periodically
Experience and Education:
High School Diploma
One year office experience preferred
Bilingual preferred but not required
Working Conditions/Physical Requirements:
Sitting 80%
Standing/walking 20%
Medical, office, and lab setting.
Hearing – Must be able to hear telephonic equipment and comfortably communicate with Patients and others by telephone and in person.
Near Vision - The ability to see details at close range (within a few feet of the observer) as required for business software, and operating office machines.
