Receptionist

As the first point of contact for our company, the Receptionist will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service, creating a positive and welcoming atmosphere for all guests. Please note: this is a part-time position.

Responsibilities

• Answer dealership phones, greet and receive prospects and customers.

• Greet showroom guests, determine nature of visit and direct customers to the correct department and make introductions as needed.

• Assist in scheduling and confirming sales appointments.

• Ensure showroom areas are clean and presentable at all times.

• Provide data entry, clerical and administrative support to the sales department as needed.

• Assist the dealership in maintaining appropriate levels of customer service and client retention by assuming ownership of the each visitor’s experience and leaving a positive impression with the guest.

Qualifications

• Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills

• Previous experience in a similar role preferred.

• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

Pay: $17.50 - $17.50 / hour
