Revere Health Premier Pediatrics is looking for a Medical Receptionist who brings positive energy, strong medical front office skills, and a heart for pediatrics to our growing practice.
Essential Job Functions: Welcome families with warmth, patience, and a smile Check in patients and complete demographic & insurance intake Verify insurance eligibility and benefits Answer phones, schedule appointments, and help keep the day running smoothly Support providers and staff with front office operations Help create a calm, fun, kid-friendly experience for patients and parents
Qualifications: Prior medical receptionist or medical front office experience, experience with insurance verification, eligibility, and demographics Comfortable in a fast-paced pediatric environment Friendly, dependable, and detail-oriented EMR experience preferred Schedule & Availability (Important!) Flexible working schedule Must be available for occasional evening clinics: Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday | 5:00–7:00 PM Must be available for occasional Saturday clinics, rotating with other receptionists
Hours: Monday-Friday 8:00-5:00 Occasional evening clinics (T,W,Th) 5:00-7:00 Occasional Saturday clinics (rotating) 8:30-12:00
