Position Summary: We are looking for a hard worker with strong customer service and multi-tasking skills, promotes a productive and positive relationship with our patients, provides courteous and friendly service, and contributes to a positive work environment. 

Essential Job Functions:

Maintains patient records by obtaining and accurately recording patient demographics, insurance, and billing information.

Protects the rights of patients by maintaining confidentiality of personal, health and financial information.

Provides efficient, effective patient care in compliance with clinic policies and procedure, legal and regulatory standards.

Schedule appointments, put in orders, update and send tasks in our EMR, and update patients' charts.

Responds promptly, professionally, and courteously to patients’ needs.

Ability to adapt to change.

Qualifications: 

High School Diploma or equivalent.

Outstanding customer service.

Attention to detail, strong organization skills and to be able to follow through on all tasks.

Demonstrates excellent computer, telephone, and communication skills.

Proactive, dependable, professional, and friendly team player.

Great with people with the ability to interact with a lot of different personalities.

Able to work in a fast-paced environment.

Medical office experience preferred but will train the right candidate.

Hours: Mondays-Friday 7:30am-5pm (occasionally later). 

Locations include Orem, Provo, & Salem.
