We are seeking an experienced and proactive Receptionist / Front Office Coordinator to join our Armadale office. About the role
As the Receptionist / Front Office Coordinator, you will be the welcoming face of Marshall White and a key support to the office team. You will manage reception, greet clients and visitors, handle incoming calls, coordinate meetings, and provide administrative support across the office.
This role would suit someone with previous reception or office coordination experience who can confidently represent a premium brand, anticipate needs, and support the team with professionalism and care.
Key responsibilities
Welcome clients, visitors and team members with warmth and professionalism.
Manage incoming calls, emails and general reception enquiries.
Coordinate meeting room bookings, appointments and day-to-day office activity.
Provide administrative support to the sales team and broader office.
Maintain a polished and well-presented front office and reception area.
Anticipate busy periods and prepare proactively to ensure smooth operations.
Identify issues early and take initiative to resolve them before they escalate.
Support the office with clear communication, organisation and follow-through.
Contribute to a positive, collaborative and high-performing team culture.
About you
Experience in reception, front office coordination or a similar customer-facing office role.
Highly organised, proactive and able to manage competing priorities.
Someone who naturally takes initiative and enjoys solving problems.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a confident and professional manner.
Able to recognise busy periods and plan ahead to support the team effectively.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with a high standard of presentation.
