The Hapimag resorts in Westerland are spread across three resorts (Aalborg, Dünenblick, and Margarethenhof). All resorts are centrally located on Sylt. Our three resorts offer a total of 96 holiday apartments, a wellness area with an indoor pool, and an honesty shop.

What you can expect
Guest correspondence & reservation acceptance
Check-in / Check-out
Support & advice for our guests during their stay
Independent cash management during the shift
Workplace hygiene and compliance with standards
Creation of customer information and weekly program
What you bring along
Completed vocational training in the hotel industry
At least 1 year of experience
Good knowledge of German and English
