Purpose of Role/Summary:
The role supports the smooth day-to-day operation of the office by managing front-desk activities, coordinating meetings and office resources, and ensuring a clean, safe, and well-organized workplace. It involves liaising with vendors and building management, handling administrative and facilities-related tasks, and providing support for onboarding and general office operations to maintain a professional and welcoming environment.
Main Activities and Responsibilities:
Manage front-desk operations, including calls, emails, visitors, and inquiries
Coordinate meeting rooms, schedules, and daily office activities
Ensure a clean, organized, and efficient office environment
Manage office supplies, vendors, building services, and maintenance needs
Handle mail, packages, and courier services
Support administrative tasks such as documentation, invoicing, and correspondence
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and company policies
Assist with facilities operations, onboarding support, and ad-hoc office tasks
Any other duties that are requested and relevant to the role.
Required Skills & Experience
2+ years of proven experience in office administration, receptionist role
Bachelor Degree/ Diploma or any relevant certificates will be considered an advantage
Fluent in English and Greek (both written and spoken) - any other language will be considered an advantage
Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to multitask effectively
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Outlook (or similar office productivity tools)
Professional demeanour with strong customer service and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and handle confidential information with discretion
Basic knowledge of health, safety, and office compliance standards
Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail and a proactive approach

Working hours are 08:00 – 17:00 Monday to Friday
The role is in Limassol, Cyprus
