Overview
The Receptionist & Client Relations Coordinator is responsible for providing hospitable, warm, and professional administrative engagements with clients, candidates, and guests who either visit the office or call the main line for support. This role provides administrative support to the Client Relations Center (CRC) clients and director, providing service and care to clients of the Network Office’s who are currently unassigned to an Advisor. The Receptionist & Client Relations Coordinator reports to the CRC Director and works in partnership with the Office Manager.
Responsibilities
Reception & Network Office Support
Greet visitors and direct them appropriately
Answer, screen and connect telephone calls
Answer basic policy owner/policy benefit questions, as appropriate
Maintain the reception area
Receive and screen packages
Complete and/or assist with projects as assigned by the CRC Director or Office Manager
Cross-train in other support roles
Client Relations Center Support
Maintain and update client data for CRC clients
Handle incoming service requests relating to all Northwestern Mutual products, redirecting as appropriate
Prepare and send letters to newly unassigned clients
Reassign client files and records with Advisors as new relationships are established
Monitor the terminations pending list to proactively connect with clients overdue on premium payments
Provide general administrative support through reporting, activity tracking, and meeting preparation for the CRC Department and Digital Leads Program
Qualifications
Georgia Life & Health Insurance License or ability to attain in first 90 days of employment
Customer services skills rooted in hospitality and care
Excellent communication skills, both written and oral
Organizational skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office suite and able to quickly learn new technologies

Compensation
Base salary: $38,000 - $46,000, based on experience
Bonus opportunities targeting 10% of total compensation
