What You’ll Do
The Receptionist position serves as the first point of contact for the organization, providing a welcoming and professional environment for clients, guests, and staff. This role involves managing front desk operations, coordinating communication, and supporting administrative tasks to ensure efficient office functioning
In this role, you will:
Assist Financial Advisors, Wealth Managers, Accountants, and Attorneys to facilitate and maintain client relationships.
Maintain client accounts by gathering necessary documents provided by clients and keeping up with client correspondence.
Creating and maintaining all calendars including client appointments, referral appointments, advisor meetings, and necessary rescheduling as needed for all financial, legal, and accounting appointments virtually.
Scanning documents, filing paperwork, mailing documents, and preparing for all meetings.
Monitoring any and all service issues to ensure a high quality response to clients.
Establishing and maintaining a book of business via outbound calls and taking all inbound calls from clients.
Assist with the creation and posting of social media content, including filming and supporting the production of videos for company platforms
What We’re Looking For
Bachelor’s degree required
Significant relevant experience in lieu of degree will be considered
Excellent communication and organizational skills, and attention to detail and accuracy in a fast paced environment.
Comfortable with a web-based work environment - ability to learn new software quickly and effectively.
Maintaining high levels of discretion with confidential and sensitive information.
