Aliée, the flagship luxury lifestyle hotel within the breathtaking Tersane Istanbul, is seeking a poised, service-driven and detail-oriented "Receptionist" to be the first point of contact for our distinguished guests.

This is more than a front desk role; it is the heart of the guest journey. At Aliée, reception is where luxury hospitality meets personalized storytelling. You will ensure every guest arrival and departure is seamless, elegant, and memorable, reflecting the refined identity of our brand.

As a "Receptionist", you will embody the spirit of Aliée by delivering impeccable service, anticipating guest needs, and creating a warm yet sophisticated welcome experience.

• Welcome and assist guests upon arrival and departure with professionalism and warmth
• Manage check-in and check-out procedures efficiently and accurately
• Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints with discretion and solution-oriented approach
• Coordinate with housekeeping, reservations, and guest relations teams to ensure seamless operations
• Maintain up-to-date guest records and ensure data accuracy in the property management system
• Provide information about hotel services, facilities, and local attractions
• Support VIP guest handling with exceptional attention to detail
• Ensure lobby and reception area always reflect luxury brand standards
• Uphold Aliée’s service philosophy in every guest interaction

• Previous experience in Reception, Front Office or luxury hospitality
• Strong command of English (spoken and written) is required
• Knowledge of French and Russian is a strong plus
• Excellent communication and guest service skills
• Professional appearance with strong attention to detail
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-standard luxury environment
