We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Receptionist/Administrative Assistant to join our law office. This position plays a key role in supporting daily operations and ensuring smooth communication between clients and staff.
Key Responsibilities
Answer and manage incoming calls in a professional and courteous manner
Serve as the first point of contact for clients and visitors
Follow up with clients to obtain necessary information and documentation
Draft and prepare simple correspondence and letters
Provide administrative support to attorney and paralegals
Assist with preparation and filing of legal documents with the court
Prepare documents for recording with appropriate agencies
Perform occasional local travel for court filings, document delivery, and related errands
Maintain organized physical and electronic filing systems
Qualifications
Strong communication and customer service skills
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general computer skills
Professional demeanor and strong work ethic
