Visión del Rol:

Encargado/a de recibir a los huéspedes al llegar, siendo fundamental para asegurar una
experiencia excepcional desde el momento del check-in hasta el check-out durante la noche.
Revisa y controla las tareas realizadas durante el día, asegurando la precisión y completitud de las operaciones diarias. Combina habilidades interpersonales, administrativas y técnicas, garantizando que todos los aspectos de la estancia de los huéspedes se manejen con la máxima eficiencia y cortesía. Responsable de atender las necesidades de los huéspedes, gestiona reservas, maneja transacciones y coordina con otros departamentos para proporcionar un servicio de alta calidad. Control y realización del cierre del día en PMS.

Estudios/Formación:

Esencial: Estudios en Turismo o Gestión de Recepción de Hotel. Formación atención al cliente. Inglés y español obligatorios.

Deseable: Especialización en gestión establecimientos de lujo. Otros idiomas diferentes a los especificados en apartado anterior.

Experiencia:
Esencial: Experiencia probada de mínimo 2 años en un puesto similar.
Deseable: Experiencia en hoteles de lujo. Experiencia en equipos multiculturales.
