Job Description

En Hill International Spain , empresa especializada en Project Management en el ámbito de la construcción, buscamos incorporar un/a Recepcionista para nuestra oficina de Madrid . La persona seleccionada será una figura clave en la gestión diaria de la oficina y en el soporte administrativo al equipo.

Atención presencial y telefónica a visitas, clientes y proveedores.
Gestión de la recepción y coordinación de salas de reuniones.
Organización y control del funcionamiento diario de la oficina.
Gestión de viajes, agendas y mensajería.
Relación con proveedores (material de oficina, mantenimiento, servicios generales).
Apoyo en tareas administrativas y documentación interna.

Horario de trabajo:

Lunes a jueves: 09:00 – 18:00
Viernes: 09:00 – 15:00
Jornada intensiva de verano (julio y agosto):
Lunes a viernes de 08:00 – 15:00

Experiencia mínima de 5 años en posiciones similares (Office Manager, Recepcionista, Administrativo/a de oficina).
Inglés imprescindible (nivel alto, oral y escrito). Se utilizará en el día a día.
Muy buenas habilidades de comunicación y trato interpersonal.
Alto nivel de organización, autonomía y atención al detalle.
Manejo habitual de herramientas ofimáticas (Microsoft Office).
Valorable experiencia previa en empresas del sector construcción, ingeniería o consultoría técnica.
