Job Description

Se busca persona con buena organización, iniciativa y facilidad para comunicarse para un puesto de recepcionista en Alcalá de Henares.

Las principales responsabilidades incluirán recibir a las visitas, atender la centralita telefónica, gestionar la correspondencia electrónica de la empresa, mantener contacto con proveedores y empresas de transporte, encargarse de las compras necesarias y realizar otras tareas de apoyo administrativo.

El horario de trabajo será de lunes a jueves de 08:00 a 17:30 horas, y los viernes de 08:00 a 14:30 horas. El salario bruto anual ofrecido es de 23.500 €.

Residencia en Alcalá de Henares o alrededores.

Experiencia previa como recepcionista con ingles.

Manejo de herramientas informáticas y gestión de agendas.

Buena presencia y orientación al cliente.
