En LECLINICS buscamos incorporar una persona dinámica, organizada y con excelentes habilidades de comunicación para formar parte de nuestro equipo de recepción y atención al paciente.

Funciones principales
Atención presencial de pacientes en clínica.
Atención telefónica y gestión de WhatsApp.
Gestión de agendas y coordinación de citas médicas.
Recepción y bienvenida de pacientes.
Resolución de dudas sobre tratamientos y servicios.
Seguimiento de pacientes interesados y fidelización.
Confirmación y recordatorio de citas.
Gestión administrativa básica y apoyo al equipo médico. Perfil que buscamos
Experiencia previa en recepción, atención al cliente o call center en clínica de medicina estética y cirugía plástica.
Excelente comunicación verbal y escrita.
Buena presencia y trato cercano con el paciente.
Persona organizada, resolutiva y proactiva.
Capacidad para trabajar en equipo y bajo ritmo dinámico.
Manejo básico de herramientas informáticas y agendas.
