Receptionist / Legal Assistant — Real Estate Law Firm (On‑Site: Belize, Brazil, or Philippines) Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM EST English Level Required: Advanced C1 (near‑native) We are a fast‑growing Florida‑based real estate law firm seeking a high‑energy, highly responsive Receptionist / Legal Assistant to join our team onsite at one of our international support locations: Belize, Brazil, or the Philippines. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast‑paced, client‑focused environment and brings a solutions‑first mindset. Responsibilities

Serve as the primary contact for clients: manage multi‑line phone calls, inbox inquiries, and virtual/office greetings. Coordinate calendars for attorneys and paralegals, including scheduling calls, meetings, Zoom links, and reminders. Maintain organized digital files, update checklists, and assist with basic document preparation. Support administrative workflows: data entry, correspondence, mail scanning, and e‑filing support (as directed). Collaborate with attorneys, paralegals, brokers, lenders, and clients to ensure smooth case progression.

Qualifications

Advanced C1 English (professional, polished, minimal accent). 2+ years of experience as a receptionist, administrative assistant, or virtual assistant in a professional environment. Strong skills with multi‑line phone systems, email/case‑management tools, scheduling platforms, and Zoom. Excellent organization, attention to detail, and confidentiality handling sensitive matters.
