Job Description

The Reality service (RS) is a division of the banks operations & Technology (O&T), providing real estate support services to all internal business. RS is dedicated to provide all of our business with premises that are cost-effective,safe and productive and valued by our customers as a strategic partner in thier successes and by our employees.

Selecting and implementing best practices and controlling subcontractors on a national scale.

Implementing and co-ordinating the national Life & Safety programme in co-operation with the local units. Supervising the work of the Country Life & Safety Co-ordinator.

Plans, develops and implement strategies to maximize the value of assets; ensure effective operation of the buildings infrastructure to fully support the business operating within the portfolio.

Manages the project Management function and ensures all projects are completed on time and within budget.

Bachelor Degree

Fluent English written and spoken.

Leadership skills

Strong negotiating, strategic planning, and communications skiills.

Strong management skills.

Knowledge and understanding of customer service quality principles.

Comprehensive knowledge and expertise of vbuilding systems.

Broad knowledge and understanding of real estate disciplines(architecture, construction, space planning and engineering,etc.)

Sound business knowledge of Banks business and outside agencies.

Comprehensive knowledge of and understanding of Finance principles in order to manage the P&L of the assets.
