Role: Real Estate Transaction Specialist

Monthly Rate: $650-750

Availability: 20 hours/week

Requirements:
Experience Needed:

- Review current workflows and identify inefficiencies in how the business is currently operating

- Evaluate the systems and processes she already uses and recommend better ways to structure the work

- Help refine backend operations so the business is more organized and less reactive

- Provide ongoing transaction support across active deals

- Manage MLS-related work, including listing entry and listing updates

- Handle contracts and support contract-related administrative work

- Write listing descriptions for properties

- Create social media content using existing templates

- Act as a transaction coordinator by tracking deadlines and making sure contracts are filed correctly

- Send calendar invites and support calendar-related coordination

- Manage the deal process from contract to close

- Organize current listings and active projects on an ongoing basis

- Potentially support Canva/social media work, though she noted the creative side may be a separate skill set or even a separate person

Good to have:

- Must have prior real estate transaction support experience and should not require system training on the core tools

- Wants someone who can bring process improvement ideas, not just execute tasks

- Experience with listing-related marketing support

- Ability to contribute recommendations on efficiency and process refinement beyond her current setup

Non-negotiable Requirements:

- Zip Forms experience

- MLS experience

- ClickUp experience

Industry/Tools Experience:

ClickUp, Gmail/G Suite, Zip Forms, MLS, Canva, DocuSign, ShowingTime, later.com, e-blast tools, and Evite for events
