Real Estate Technical Associate

We are looking for a Technical Associate to help us in recruiting the technical department, enhance our service range, coordinate, manage, report and supervise the execution of technical maturity services.

Reporting to the Technical Manager, the role has the following responsibilities:

• Coordination of vendors and subcontractors responsible for the technical maturity of the assets;
• Assist our vendors and suppliers in providing the best possible solution and the best possible outcome to our clients;
• Review Technical Due Diligence reports on assets;
• Check and coordinate different steps in technical maturity process, to ensure that the asset will be ready for sale;
• Identify technical issues dealing with the transferability of assets;
• Assist in the coordination, reporting and follow-up of vendor’s performance ensuring alignment with internal processes;
• Deal with other technical issues regarding technical projects the company faces;
• Execute and provide macro technical assessments reports;
• Ensuring that all activities and duties are carried out in full compliance with regulatory requirements and supporting the continued implementation of the Group Anti-Bribery and Corruption Policy.

Requirements:
• A bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture or Surveyor Engineering;
• A minimum of 4 years of experience in regularization of properties, and in issue of Building identities and permits;
• Knowledge of the Greek urban and town planning legislation (especially of the settlement and property arrangement/regularization laws - 4495/2017 & 4759/2020, 5142/2024);
• Knowledge and use of the Greek Technical Chamber’s platform;
• Advanced user of excel;
• Knowledge of autocad will be considered as an asset;
• English fluency and strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
