BidX1 Cyprus is seeking an experienced Business Development Executive to join our growing team which is based in Nicosia. BidX1 Cyprus launched in 2019 to massive success and has since sold over 1,000 properties exclusively, providing the most advanced bidding platform for our clients.
In 2025 BidX1 sold 330 properties throughout Cyprus raising €30m+ for our vendors, we intend to build on this positive momentum and growth opportunity in the market in 2026. Our bidding platform provides sellers and buyers with an efficient, transparent, and cost-effective method of transacting property. Our platform has opened the Cypriot market up to the international investor base as users can participate in buying property from anywhere in the world via laptop or mobile.
We are sustainable – BidX1 has been carbon neutral since 2019, set up a dedicated Sustainability Team in 2020, joined the UN Global Compact in 2021, and submitted our first report to the Carbon Disclosure Project late 2022.

Main Responsibilities
Pre-Market due diligence:
• Liaise with clients to obtain all necessary information regarding the properties assigned to the Company
• Conduct all relevant market research including compiling comparable data for each property.
• Review all information provided by the client together with comparable data to allow accurate pricing.
• Provide a summary report to senior manager for reserve price setting.
• Following up with clients to pursue the property’s inclusion in an auction sale.
• Prepare accurate property marketing particulars for senior management sign off in Greek & English. Auction marketing particulars are written in a very straight forward manner however require attention to detail and accuracy, further guidance and training will be provided.
Sales:
• You will be allocated a group of properties per auction cycle that are exclusive to BidX1 to sell and it will be wholly your responsibility to sell each property at auction.
• Follow up with clients to ensure all keys, property information and legal documents are provided in a timely manner for each of your properties.
• Monitor market interests and answer enquiries by phone and email, whilst placing a huge emphasis on outbound activity seeking buyers.
• Follow up with all interested parties so that a full picture of interest levels can be formed and reported to our client.
• Keep clients and management fully informed of interest and identify any potential issues as early as possible.
• Carry out on site viewing of Residential and Commercial properties whilst visiting Land/Plots deemed necessary.
• On auction day deal with calling all bidders, seeking best offers, arranging post auction sales and providing future strategies for client consideration.
General:
• Have great familiarity and experience selling in multiple districts in Cyprus
• A client base of investors & developers based in multiple districts in Cyprus
• Appetite to complete outbound activity to secure buyers
• Appetite to bring in new business via Private Client instructions
• Any other activities requested by manager related to business interests
Job Requirements
Key Skills:
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in Real Estate Industry
• University Degree in Real Estate / Property or related field will be considered as an advantage.
• Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel
• Clear, polite and professional written and verbal communication
• Strong organisation skills with the ability to manage a busy workload
• Team Player – work collectively for the benefit of the company
• Critical thinker with ingenuity to think outside this box
• Ability to work on own initiative
• Basic property knowledge and understanding of Cyprus property market fundamentals. Whilst a great deal of assistance and training will be provided it’s expected for this role that a sales agent will have a good general understanding of current market trends, Cyprus Immovable Property Law, capital values, rents, inspection, measurement and leases.
• Membership on the Real Estate Agents Registration Council of Cyprus will be considered as an advantage but not essential.
