Job Description

The Real Estate Sales Representee plays a vital role in achieving the company's sales targets by attracting potential clients, presenting compelling offers for available residential units, following up with current and potential clients, and successfully closing sales transactions. This role requires in-depth knowledge of the real estate market, excellent communication and persuasion skills, and the ability to build strong client relationships.


Requirements:
· Coordinating the handover of residential units: Communicating and coordinating with clients regarding the dates and procedures related to receiving their new residential units. This includes explaining the necessary steps, scheduling suitable appointments, and ensuring the unit is ready for handover in coordination with the relevant departments (such as project management and maintenance).

· Prospecting: Identifying new clients through various channels such as real estate exhibitions, marketing events, direct communication, and available databases.

· Client Relationship Building:

Developing and maintaining strong and productive relationships with current and potential clients through effective and professional communication.

· Understanding Client Needs: Accurately determining client needs and desires by asking questions and actively listening, and providing suitable solutions that meet their expectations.

· Residential Units:

Showcasing available residential units in an attractive and detailed manner, highlighting the features and benefits that suit each client's needs.

· Explaining Technical and Financial Details:

Providing comprehensive explanations regarding the specifications of the residential units, payment plans, and legal procedures related to purchasing.

· Effective Follow-up:

Regularly and systematically following up with potential clients to answer their inquiries, provide further information, and encourage them to make a purchase decision.

· Closing Sales:

Successfully concluding sales deals and achieving the defined sales targets.

· Interdepartmental Coordination: Collaborating and coordinating with other company departments such as marketing, legal affairs, and customer service to ensure a seamless customer experience.

· Market Knowledge Update: Staying continuously informed about the latest developments in the real estate market, competing projects, and relevant real estate regulations and laws.

· Report Generation: Providing periodic reports on sales activities, potential clients, and completed transactions.

· Participation in Training and Development: Attending training courses and workshops to develop skills and knowledge related to sales and real estate.

· Adherence to Company Policies: Complying with the company's policies and procedures related to sales and customer service.

Qualifications:

• A university degree in a relevant field (such as Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate).
• Minimum of (1) years of experience in real estate sales, preferably in residential unit sales.
• Good knowledge of the local real estate market.
• Fluency in Arabic and English, both spoken and written (proficiency in other languages is preferred).
• Proficiency in using computer programs and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) applications.
