If you are an experienced Real Estate Sales consultant and looking to positively impact the Mt Gambier residential and lifestyle markets, this is the opportunity you have been looking for. You will become integral, as part of the well-established team in both Mt Gambier and more broadly our other South-Eastern South Australian branches and business.


SAL Real Estate is part of the Platinum Ag and Platinum Livestock and Real Estate group, which in turn is a Joint Venture (JV) of global agricultural powerhouse Nutrien Ag Solutions. The combination of this significant, independent, SA centric business, supported by the global position, skills, knowledge and access of our JV partner, provides the environment and confidence to bring a highly energetic and trusted, value proposition to our clients.

Here is a great opportunity for a driven Real Estate Sales Consultant to join our Mt Gambier team.


About the Opportunity:

With well-established resources and support network you will perform a hands-on role where you will:
Work collaboratively with multiple internal and external stakeholders to source leads, drive listings and sales of residential and lifestyle properties in Mt Gambier and surrounding areas.
You will ensure that a high level of customer service and support is delivered to all customers throughout the sales process and ongoing post sale.
Manage buyer enquiries, performing property appraisals and negotiating agreements.
Working collaboratively within our Mt Gambier business, which includes a large Property Management business, you will build market intelligence to develop sales and marketing strategies that are relevant to the local market.
Oversee the contract and settlement process and managing the clients’ expectations all the way to handover and beyond.


About You:


To be successful, you will demonstrate the ability to engage with and build solid, long-term customer relationships and success achieving optimal outcomes for both sellers and buyers.
You will be a self-motivated salesperson, strong negotiator and driven to succeed and achieve tangible results.
Your previous success selling real estate is ideally developed within the Residential and lifestyle segments.
If you are a high performing sales professional from a different field, then we would love to hear from you too.
Commercially savvy in your approach, professional in your presentation, you demonstrate integrity in your dealings.
Hold a current sales representative registration or real estate agent licence.
