Real Estate Researcher

CompStak envisions a commercial real estate industry in which accurate and transparent data leads to better, faster deals for everyone. We gather critical information that is hard to access, then make it instantly and seamlessly available to our platform members.

Location: Belgrade, Hybrid (Currently, we are three days per week in the office, subject to change)

As CompStak grows, we need talented Research Analysts to work as part of our Data Operations team to ensure the highest data quality. This role will help real estate professionals do their jobs better by providing access and insight into the best-in-class, most accurate data in the industry. We are looking for highly motivated, self-starters who have a passion for real estate, the ability to dig down deep into details, as well as a strong interest in data analysis & technology as we grow our team in Serbia.

Responsibilities:
• Analyzing erroneous data and suggesting solutions to improve data quality
• Data cleaning and verification tasks
• Resolving property addresses and locations
• Normalizing entities for tenants, owners, and brokerages
• Enriching property information from a myriad of sources
• Researching true ownership information about business entities

Required Skills & Experience:
• English at C1 or above
• Highly organized, methodical & detail-oriented
• Problem solver
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong knowledge of Google Workspace & Excel
• Excellent reading comprehension skills
• Exudes research competency & resourcefulness
• Proficient in working with & analyzing data
• Commercial real estate knowledge is a plus
