REAL ESTATE PORTFOLIO FINANCE & ACCOUNTING MANAGER

OVERVIEW

We are seeking a highly organized and commercially minded Real Estate Portfolio Finance & Accounting Manager to oversee accounting, financial reporting, expense management, and profitability across a growing real estate portfolio.

This role requires strong accounting experience combined with real estate, rental property, hospitality, or Airbnb operational exposure.

The successful candidate will manage day to day financial operations, monitor portfolio performance, control expenses, and help management make informed financial decisions across multiple properties and entities.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Manage full cycle accounting for multiple properties and related entities
- Prepare monthly financial reports, reconciliations, and profitability analysis
- Manage accounts payable, receivable, cash flow, and operational expenses
- Track rental income, Airbnb revenue, maintenance costs, utilities, and contractor payments
- Monitor property profitability and identify cost saving opportunities
- Coordinate with property managers, vendors, cleaners, maintenance teams, and external accountants
- Support budgeting, forecasting, compliance, and financial planning
- Improve financial processes, reporting structure, and operational efficiency
- Assist management with financial insights and business decision support

REQUIREMENTS

- Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Minimum 3 years accounting experience
- Experience with real estate, property management, hospitality, rental properties, or Airbnb operations preferred
- Strong bookkeeping and financial reporting skills
- Strong Excel and accounting software skills
- Strong understanding of profitability, expense management, and business operations
- High attention to detail and strong organizational ability
- Ability to work independently and take ownership
- Native Vietnamese speaker required
- English communication ability is an asset but not mandatory
