We are hiring a Real Estate Concierge & Partner Specialist. This dual-focus role is responsible for two critical pillars of our business: maintaining high-touch relationships with our VIP Client community and building a world-class network of vetted home service professionals. You will be the bridge between our clients' home needs, our trusted partners, and our internal Sales Team.

The Role

This is a communication-centered and relationship-building role. Rather than high-volume cold calling, you will focus on high-quality interactions with our established VIP Clients to ensure they feel supported and identifying top-tier home service providers to join our exclusive network.

A vital part of this role is internal communication. You ensure that our Real Estate Agents stay fully informed about their clients’ needs. By maintaining a seamless flow of information in our CRM, you empower our agents to provide a unified, "white-glove" experience that reinforces why we are the #1 team in Canada.

What You’ll Do

Proactive Client Outreach: Connect with VIP Clients to check in on their home-ownership needs and offer assistance with home-related services.

Vendor Acquisition & Vetting: Research, interview, and sign new home service partners (contractors, painters, etc.). You are responsible for ensuring every partner meets our high standards of quality and reliability.

Agent Integration & CRM Management: Maintain meticulous notes in our CRM for both the client and the assigned Real Estate Agent. Ensure agents are updated on what services their clients are seeking so they can provide informed, personalized follow-ups.

Service Coordination: Act as the primary point of contact when a client needs a referral, ensuring a seamless "warm hand-off" to one of our vetted partners.

Quality Control: Follow up with clients after service is completed to ensure our partners are maintaining the high standards of the Justin Havre brand.

Identify Real Estate Opportunities: Listen for "Trigger Events" (renovations, growing families, downsizing) and relay these insights to the Sales Team to support repeat and referral business.

Maintain the "Circle of Care": Ensure that every interaction—whether with a client, a vendor, or an agent—is professional, helpful, and organized.
