Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented, process-driven Backend Operations VA to support Thrive Capital LLC’s real estate acquisition pipeline through foreclosure and probate lead processing. This role is back-office and administrative, focused on data mining, data validation, spreadsheet management, CRM uploads, and workflow execution.

The Backend Operations VA is responsible for executing high-volume, repetitive tasks with accuracy and consistency. This role plays a critical part in ensuring foreclosure and probate leads are properly sourced, reviewed, categorized, uploaded, and prepared for acquisitions and underwriting teams.

The ideal candidate is highly organized, comfortable working across multiple websites and spreadsheets, able to follow SOPs precisely, and capable of handling tedious workflows without sacrificing accuracy.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Foreclosure & Probate Lead Processing

• Pull foreclosure and probate leads from attorney, auction, public notice, and data platforms
• Enter and maintain lead data in master underwriting spreadsheets
• Pull additional property details from PropStream
• Prepare and upload lead lists into Monday.com using approved templates
• Prepare leads for skip tracing and identify records requiring manual review
• Perform daily auction status checks on active foreclosure leads
• Process and manage different types of leads beyond probate and foreclosure as the company expands its portfolio
• Participate in or support future lead processing tasks related to pay-per-click (PPC) marketing and online marketing campaigns

Requirements:
KNOWLEDGE OR SKILLS NEEDED

• Prior experience in real estate back-office operations, transaction coordination, or administrative support
• Strong data entry and spreadsheet management skills
• Background in using Monday.com, with an understanding of automations and workflow configuration (preferred)
• High attention to detail and consistency
• Ability to follow and create SOPs and work through repetitive workflows
• Comfortable navigating multiple websites and systems simultaneously
• Ability to flag issues, missing data, or process gaps proactively
• Strong time management and task prioritization skills
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision once trained
