Real Estate Asset Manager
Entry level: 1-3 years of experience
We are looking for a Real Estate Asset Manager to support the management and optimization of the company’s real estate portfolio. Working under the guidance of the Head of Department, the role contributes to asset performance across the lifecycle — from onboarding and due diligence through to monetization.
The position involves liaising with internal teams and external stakeholders, analyzing asset performance data, and assisting in the implementation of value-enhancing initiatives to ensure alignment with business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
Stakeholder Engagement
Act as a point of contact for clients, tenants, and external service providers, ensuring effective communication and follow-up.
Liaise with internal departments to support operational and strategic alignment.
Asset Strategy & Planning
Support the development and execution of asset-level business plans.
Analyze financial and operational data to identify risks and improvement opportunities.
Contribute to initiatives aimed at enhancing asset value and performance and regulatory obligations.
Vendor & Consultant Coordination
Liaise with external consultants and service providers to monitor deliverables and timelines.
Support performance tracking.
Assist in cost monitoring and budget adherence.
Lifecycle Support & Compliance
Support asset lifecycle activities, including portfolio management, leasing, development, and divestment processes.
Coordinate with legal, technical, and leasing teams to ensure documentation and compliance requirements are met.
Assist in tracking regulatory and operational obligations.
Performance Monitoring & Reporting
Track KPIs and performance metrics for assigned assets.
Prepare internal reports, presentations, and analysis for senior management review.
Highlight potential performance gaps and risks and propose corrective actions.
Operations & Site Management
Organize site inspections and asset visits to monitor property conditions.
Support maintenance tracking and operational improvement initiatives.
Professional Experience / Qualifications
Bachelor’s and/or master’s degree in real estate, Business, Finance, Law, or any Engineering discipline.
1-3 years of experience in a relevant role within an REO company, multinational Advisory, REO Servicing, or Banking Organization (Real Estate)
Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
Native-level Greek and fluency in English (written and spoken).
Valuation knowledge is a plus.
Experience in project management is a plus.
