About the Position

As a real estate agent in Palma de Mallorca, your main responsibilities will include:

Establishing contact with potential buyers and carrying out needs analyses

Meeting clients who are planning to purchase property in Mallorca

Developing and maintaining long-term client relationships

Conducting property viewings and presenting different neighborhoods

Assisting clients with questions related to housing and the buying process

You will be supported by experienced colleagues and have access to efficient tools that help you work smarter and more effectively. This allows you to focus on what you do best – selling homes and creating satisfied customers.

Requirements

Fluency in English, both spoken and written,

Previous sales experience, preferably within proactive sales

Good knowledge of Mallorca

Additional language skills such as Swedish, Spanish and German, are considered an advantage
