This role goes beyond the traditional on-site experience—you’ll represent a portfolio of residential communities across multiple markets, engaging prospects virtually and guiding them from first inquiry to signed lease. 🕘 Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM If you’re energized by volume, motivated by results, and passionate about delivering exceptional client experiences, this role is built for you.
🚀 What You’ll Do As a Real Estate Agent, you’ll serve as the primary point of contact for prospective residents, managing the full leasing lifecycle with professionalism, urgency, and care.
🏡 Sales & Leasing
• Respond promptly to inbound leads via phone, email, text, and online platforms
• Conduct engaging virtual and phone tours, highlighting community features, amenities, and lifestyle benefits
• Convert inquiries into scheduled appointments, applications, and executed leases
• Support pricing, concessions, and promotional strategies to maximize leasing performance
💬 Client Engagement & Relationship Building
• Deliver professional, empathetic, and consultative communication at every stage
• Execute consistent follow-up using established cadence standards
• Manage all prospect and applicant communications from first contact through lease signing
• Represent the brand with integrity while adhering to Fair Housing regulations
📝 Application & Move-In Management
• Guide clients through the application process, ensuring all documentation and fees are complete
• Review applications for accuracy and compliance with qualification criteria
• Verify income, identification, rental history, and renter’s insurance
• Prepare, manage, and distribute electronic lease agreements
• Maintain organized, compliant lease files
• Send move-in communications, including welcome letters and utility setup instructions
• Complete all steps in the Application-to-Move-In checklist
⚙️ Operational & Portfolio Support
• Audit guest cards, applications, and leases for accuracy and compliance
• Track and report leasing activity, conversion rates, and lead source performance
• Collaborate with onsite property teams to ensure seamless transitions
• Monitor and resolve leasing escalations via Elise AI every two hours
• Clear Elise AI tasks daily by end of business
• Support portfolio-wide initiatives including renewal campaigns and resident retention efforts
🧠 What You Bring ✅ Experience & Skills
• 1–2 years of experience in real estate, residential leasing, sales, or customer service
• Residential property management experience required
• Familiarity with property management and CRM platforms (Knock, Snappt, OneSite, RealPage, Elise AI, or similar)
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred
• Strong written and verbal communication skills across multiple channels
• Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail
• Proven ability to meet or exceed sales and leasing goals in a high-volume environment
