Key responsibilities
Conduct property listings, viewings, negotiations, and transactions with clients.
Generate leads through various channels and maintain a strong client database.
Provide exceptional customer service to buyers and sellers throughout the entire sales process.
Stay updated on market trends, property values, and legal requirements.
Collaborate with colleagues to optimize sales strategies and achieve team targets.
Uphold Bjurfors' reputation for professionalism, integrity, and excellence in all interactions.
Qualifications

Must haves:

Fluency in English
Proven track record in real estate sales or a related field.
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Knowledge of local real estate laws and regulations is advantageous.
Valid real estate license or willingness to obtain one.
