Key Responsibilities:

Assist clients in buying and selling properties in either Fuengirola, Marbella, or Estepona.
Conduct property viewings and provide detailed information to prospective buyers.
Develop and maintain a strong network of contacts within the real estate industry.
Stay up-to-date with market trends, property values, and legal regulations.
Negotiate and close real estate transactions.
Provide exceptional customer service and build long-term client relationships.

Qualifications:

Proven experience as a real estate agent or in a similar sales role.
In-depth knowledge of the Fuengirola, Marbella, or Estepona real estate market.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Fluent in English; Spanish and other languages such as Swedish, Finnish, French, Dutch, Belgian, or German are a plus.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Driver's license
