Your Mission:

As a Real Estate Agent with our team, you’ll play a pivotal role in delivering outstanding service and achieving results for our clients. Your role will include:

Client Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with buyers and sellers, ensuring their needs are met with professionalism and care.

Market Expertise: Stay informed on market trends, property values, and neighborhood developments to provide expert advice to clients.

Property Listings: Create and manage property listings with accurate descriptions and high-quality photographs.

Property Showings: Schedule and conduct property tours to showcase homes to prospective buyers.

Negotiation: Facilitate and negotiate offers to achieve the best outcomes for clients.

Transaction Management: Guide clients through the entire transaction process, ensuring smooth handling of all legal, financial, and administrative details.

Compliance: Ensure all transactions adhere to local, provincial, and federal real estate laws and regulations.

Networking: Build a strong professional network of mortgage brokers, contractors, and other industry professionals to support client needs.

What We’re Looking For:

The ideal candidate is a goal-oriented, self-motivated professional with exceptional communication skills and a client-first mindset.

Skills & Experience:

A valid real estate license through RECA.

Experience in real estate sales or rentals (preferred but not required).

Strong knowledge of local property markets and trends.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Proven ability to work independently and manage time effectively.

A self-driven, goal-oriented attitude and a passion for helping clients find their dream homes.

A willingness to learn and be coached by some of the brightest minds in the industry.
