About the role

Revolut's People team shapes how we support our people and ensure a seamless experience every day. From onboarding to coaching and development, they partner with teams across the business to create a people-first environment that enables growth and success.

We're looking for a Real Estate Administrator to be at the forefront of Revolut's expansion and contribute directly to the company's rapid growth. You'll source and secure new office sites across the globe, as well as future-proofing our existing network to support current operations.

What you’ll be doing

Acting as a first point of contact for real estate–related queries from internal stakeholders, ensuring timely and accurate responses
Managing and closing real estate and workplace-related tickets through internal systems, meeting agreed SLAs
Coordinating with external vendors, landlords, property managers, and service providers to resolve issues and support ongoing operations
Supporting lease administration activities, including tracking key dates, documentation, and approvals
Maintaining accurate real estate data, records, and documentation across internal systems and repositories
Assisting with onboarding and off-boarding activities from a real estate perspective (access, office readiness, vendor coordination)
Supporting invoicing, purchase orders, and cost tracking related to real estate and workplace services
Collaborating with internal teams, such as Facilities, IT, Security, Finance, and Legal, to ensure smooth office operations
Monitoring operational issues and escalating risks or delays as needed
Contributing to process improvements to enhance efficiency, consistency, and service quality across real estate operations

What you'll need

2+ years of experience in a real estate operations, facilities, workplace, or administrative support role
Solid organisational and coordination skills, with the ability to manage multiple requests simultaneously
Experience working with ticketing systems, service desks, or shared inboxes
Confidence collaborating with external vendors and service providers
High attention to detail and great data and document management skills
A proactive, service-oriented mindset with the ability to resolve issues efficiently
Impeccable communication skills to work collaboratively with diverse stakeholders
To be comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment
Fluency in English

Nice to have

Experience supporting real estate or workplace operations in a global or multi-site organisation
Familiarity with lease administration or property management processes
Experience in a tech, fintech, or high-growth company
