About the Role

We are seeking a dependable and proactive Real Estate Administrative & Sales Assistant to support a growing real estate business, with a strong preference for candidates experienced in real estate sales, residential property management, and contract coordination.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives on behind-the-scenes administrative support, research, and technical project management. You will be responsible for managing property data, preparing contracts, coordinating maintenance, and keeping daily operations organized and running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities

Sales Support & Analysis

• Conduct deep-dive research to identify potential property leads and growth opportunities
• Perform regular data analysis on local market trends and property valuations
• Maintain accurate and meticulous records of leads, property details, and sales notes within the CRM
• Prepare comprehensive research packets for lead agents to support high-level meetings
• Identify and qualify prospects through proactive research to fuel the sales pipeline

Administrative & Contract Management

• Prepare and manage real estate contracts with high attention to detail.
• Keep contract timelines updated to ensure no deadlines are missed.
• Handle utility transfers, including turning services on and off for new listings or turnovers.
• Provide executive assistant support to keep daily operations organized and running smoothly.

Property Management & Leasing

• Act as the primary point of contact for residential property inquiries.
• Coordinate showings, distribute lockbox codes, and send out applications.
• Conduct thorough reference checks to ensure we seat high quality tenants.
• Filter maintenance requests and route them to the appropriate handymen or contractors.


Requirements:
• Proven experience in administrative or executive assistant roles
• Real estate industry experience; property management or contract coordination experience preferred
• Tech-savvy and comfortable using CRM systems, productivity tools, and online platforms
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to perform market research
• Fluent in English (spoken and written) with a neutral accent
• Highly professional, reliable, and able to work independently with minimal supervision
• Catholic faith highly preferred

Benefits:
• Client Relationship : You will be directly working with the client. This means that you will communicate with the client, provide services, and address any client-related matters independently.
• Payments : All payments for your services will be handled by the client. Elevate and Delegate is not involved in processing your payroll. Your salary will directly go to you.
• Vacation Leaves and Holidays : While we may have recommendations or guidelines regarding vacation leaves and holidays, the decision is entirely at the discretion of the client. You are expected to align your schedule with the client’s business needs and any specific policies or preferences they may have in this regard.

Part-time, fully remote: 20 hours per week

Schedule: Monday-Friday Central Standard Time (20 hours to be worked between 8am and 5pm)
