About the Role:
We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Real Estate Acquisition Specialist to identify, evaluate, and secure new property opportunities. The ideal candidate will play a key role in expanding our real estate portfolio by sourcing deals, conducting market analysis, and negotiating acquisitions.
Job Responsibilities:
• Identify and source potential real estate investment opportunities (residential, commercial, or land).

Conduct market research and analyze property values, trends, and ROI potential.
•
Build and maintain relationships with brokers, agents, developers, and property owners.
•
Evaluate properties through financial modeling and feasibility studies.
•
Lead negotiations with sellers to secure favorable acquisition terms.
•
Coordinate due diligence processes, including legal, financial, and technical assessments.
•
Work closely with legal and finance teams to finalize transactions.
•
Maintain a pipeline of acquisition opportunities and track deal progress.
Job Requirement :
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, Finance, or a related field.
2–5+ years of experience in real estate acquisitions, investment, or brokerage.
Strong negotiation and communication skills.
Solid understanding of real estate markets and investment analysis.
Ability to analyze financial data and assess property value.
Experience with CRM tools and Microsoft Excel is preferred.
Preferred Skills:
Knowledge of local real estate regulations and processes.
Strong network within the real estate market.
Results-oriented with a strong sales mindset.
