We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated ReactJS – NodeJS Developer to join our growing engineering team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in building scalable, high-performance web applications using ReactJS on the frontend and NodeJS on the backend. You will work closely with product managers, designers, and other engineers to deliver robust, user-centric solutions that align with business goals.

This role is best suited for someone who enjoys solving complex problems, writing clean and maintainable code, and working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Requirements:
Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain responsive web applications using ReactJS for the frontend and NodeJS for the backend.
• Build reusable, modular, and high-performance UI components using modern React practices such as hooks, state management, and component-based architecture.
• Develop and maintain RESTful APIs and backend services using NodeJS.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product, design, QA, and DevOps to deliver end-to-end features.
• Ensure application performance, scalability, security, and reliability across the stack.
• Participate in code reviews, debugging, and performance optimization.
• Write clean, well-documented, and testable code following best practices and coding standards.
• Troubleshoot production issues and provide timely resolutions.
• Stay updated with the latest trends, frameworks, and best practices in ReactJS and NodeJS development.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 4–10 years of professional experience in full-stack or frontend/backend development.
• Strong hands-on experience with ReactJS, including component lifecycle, hooks, and state management libraries.
• Solid experience with NodeJS for building scalable backend services and APIs.
• Good understanding of JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, and CSS3.
• Experience working with RESTful APIs and integrating frontend applications with backend services.
• Familiarity with databases (SQL or NoSQL) and data modeling concepts.
• Experience with version control systems such as Git.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team-oriented environment.

Preferred Skills (Good to Have)

• Experience with frameworks or tools such as Express.js, Next.js, or similar.
• Exposure to cloud platforms, CI/CD pipelines, and basic DevOps practices.
• Understanding of web security best practices and performance optimization techniques.
• Prior experience working in agile or product-based development environments.
