Job Description

• Lead the architectural design and development of scalable and high-performance mobile applications using React Native.
• Provide technical leadership and strategic direction for mobile development teams.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers, designers, and backend developers to deliver innovative mobile solutions.
• Establish coding standards, best practices, and development workflows to ensure code quality and maintainability.
• Mentor and coach developers to foster professional growth and improve team capabilities.
• Drive continuous improvement by evaluating emerging technologies and recommending process improvements.
• Oversee complex technical problem-solving and optimize application performance.
• Ensure compliance with security standards and data privacy regulations.

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• 8+ years of experience in mobile application development with a strong focus on React Native.
• Proven experience leading technical teams and managing large-scale mobile projects.
• Expertise in JavaScript, TypeScript, and mobile development frameworks.
• Deep understanding of mobile app architecture, RESTful and GraphQL APIs integration.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and version control systems such as Git.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to make strategic technical decisions.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and mentoring abilities.
• Experience in banking or financial services industry is a plus.
