Salary range: Rs 100000 - Rs 3000000 (ie INR 1 - 30 LPA)

Min Experience: 6 years

Location: Kochi

As an Engineering Lead, you will play a pivotal role in driving project execution by collaborating closely with stakeholders to gather requirements, design solutions, and lead teams throughout the full development lifecycle. You will combine hands-on technical work with leadership responsibilities, ensuring the delivery of high-quality results and maintaining a motivated team. We prioritize strong engineering fundamentals, architectural expertise, and a continuous eagerness to learn above all else.

Requirements:
You should demonstrate:

● Verified experience in designing and developing mobile applications for both iOS and Android platforms
● Strong proficiency in JavaScript, TypeScript, Redux, and React Navigation
● Experience with optimizing application performance
● Familiarity with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, CircleCI, and GitHub Actions
● Expertise with databases, specifically PostgreSQL or other SQL-based systems
● Experience with cloud services, particularly AWS
● Proficiency with version control tools like Git and GitHub
● Excellent debugging abilities and best practices in code organization

Work Experience Requirements:

A minimum of 6 years of overall professional experience, including at least 2 years in engineering leadership roles such as team lead or architect
At least 4 years of experience in mobile development, with a minimum of 2 years working with React Native
