We are seeking a React Native Developer with a strong emphasis on UI engineering, animations, and design-led mobile experiences. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about building pixel-perfect interfaces, fluid animations, and high-performance mobile applications. You will work closely with design and product teams to bring visually rich concepts to life and deliver polished, production-ready mobile experiences.

Requirements:
Key Responsibilities

• Build high-quality, pixel-perfect mobile user interfaces using React Native CLI (Bare Workflow) and TypeScript.
• Develop smooth, complex animations and transitions using Reanimated v2+.
• Implement gesture-driven interactions using React Native Gesture Handler and animation-based gesture systems.
• Translate Figma designs into responsive, production-ready mobile interfaces with high visual fidelity.
• Maintain consistent theming and design systems using NativeWind or modern styling approaches.
• Optimize UI performance to achieve smooth scrolling, efficient list rendering, and 60 FPS animations.
• Collaborate closely with design and product teams to continuously refine UI/UX experiences.
• Build responsive and adaptive layouts for phones, tablets, and foldable devices.
• Work with the React Native New Architecture (Fabric and TurboModules) for performance-critical UI components.
• Contribute to modular, component-driven UI architecture (micro-frontends / module federation, Re.Pack preferred).
• Integrate native UI components when required using Swift/Objective-C (iOS) or Kotlin/Java (Android).
• Set up and maintain mobile CI/CD pipelines using Fastlane and GitHub Actions.
• Manage App Store and Play Store build, release, and publishing workflows.
• Own UI features end-to-end, from concept through production release.

Required Skills & Experience

• Strong hands-on experience with React Native CLI (Bare Workflow) and TypeScript.
• Proven expertise in building high-fidelity, pixel-perfect mobile UIs.
• Deep experience with Reanimated v2+ and animation-driven interactions.
• Strong understanding of gesture handling in mobile applications.
• Proficiency with NativeWind or modern styling and theming systems.
• Solid understanding of responsive and adaptive mobile layout design.
• Experience optimizing rendering and UI performance.
• Familiarity with Hermes profiling and performance debugging.
• Working knowledge of native mobile development for UI integrations.
• Experience with mobile CI/CD pipelines and app store release processes.
• Ability to work independently with strong ownership of UI delivery.

Good to Have

• Experience with React Native New Architecture (Fabric / TurboModules).
• Exposure to micro-frontend or module federation patterns in React Native (Re.Pack).
• Portfolio or GitHub projects showcasing animation-heavy or gesture-driven mobile apps.
