What you’ll build:
You’ll design, build, and maintain responsive web interfaces that are reliable, scalable, and aligned with Neostella’s design and UX standards. Working closely with designers, backend engineers, and technical leads, you’ll turn ideas, Figma designs, and documentation into polished, production-ready features.

This role requires strong attention to detail, a solid understanding of frontend best practices, and a mindset focused on long-term maintainability—not just shipping code, but shipping quality.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop high-quality, maintainable frontend features within defined timelines, following established coding standards and best practices.
• Design, build, and test responsive user interfaces that meet both user needs and business requirements.
• Translate Figma designs, wireframes, and technical documentation into functional, pixel-perfect components.
• Build reusable components and libraries to improve efficiency, consistency, and long-term maintainability.
• Collaborate with other developers on integration testing to ensure stability and consistency before code moves to QA.
• Participate in code reviews, providing and receiving constructive feedback to maintain quality and encourage knowledge sharing.
• Create and maintain technical documentation to support onboarding, continuity, and future scalability.
• Stay current on frontend technologies, UI/UX trends, and performance optimization techniques.

Requirements:
• 2+ years of professional experience in frontend software development.
Strong experience with React (especially with hooks) and JavaScript.
• Proficiency in TypeScript, or strong desire and ability to learn it quickly.
• Solid understanding of HTML, CSS, and modern responsive web design principles.
• Familiarity with Material UI or similar component libraries.
• Basic knowledge of state management approaches (e.g., Context API, Redux) and frontend performance optimization.
• Understanding of object-oriented programming principles.
• Exposure to or experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
• Proficient in written and spoken English (CEFR C1 or equivalent).
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills; ability to work effectively across teams and functions.
