What You’ll Do (The Mission):
Provide high-fidelity 1-on-1 ABA therapy under the expert guidance of our BCBAs.
Implement sophisticated behavior reduction and social skill programs (ABLLS-R, AFLS, etc.).
Engage in meaningful caregiver training—empowering families, not just treating kids.
Master data integrity through precise entry and graphing.
Qualifications:
Certification: Current RBT certification (or a relentless drive to obtain it—we can help).
Commitment: Afternoon availability is a must (this is when our learners need you most!).
