The Opportunity: We are seeking passionate and energetic Behavior Technicians/Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to join our dedicated team to provide ABA therapy to families in Fanwood/Scotch Plains, NJ and surrounding/neighboring towns. In this role, you will have the opportunity to build a schedule that works for you while enjoying a supportive, flexible and collaborative work environment. If you are a BT/RBT pursuing your BCBA certification, we provide free and quality supervision across invaluable and varied opportunities as a Student Analyst so that you can gain experience consulting in the homes, schools and community settings.  

Position Requirements/Preferences:

At least 2 years’ experience working with individuals with Autism (required)

Some ABA experience/training (preferred)

Registered Behavior Technician certification (preferred but not required). Must be willing to obtain certification within 6 months of hire (required)

Able to commit at least 8 hours per week (required)

ideally seeking someone who wants to work 15-30 hours per week (preferred)

Has some after-school/after 3pm availability (required); preference for those with a mix of both daytime and after-school availability

What You'll Do:

Provide direct one-on-one ABA therapy with clients in homes, communities and daycare settings.

Run individualized treatment plans to address behavior and teach skill acquisition

Collect data on client progress and behavior.

Opportunities to run social skills groups with 2-6 clients
