Primary Responsibilities Lead the end-to-end delivery of technical projects by translating business objectives into executable technical plans, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and in accordance with agreed quality, budget, and strategic objectives. Serves as the primary liaison between technical development teams and business stakeholders and responsible for the alignment of the various cross-functional teams involved. Specific Responsibilities: Define and document project scope, objectives, requirements, and success criteria, translating business needs into technical specifications. Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, timelines, and budgets. Implement and enforce project methodologies (e.g., Scrum, Kanban, Agile) for efficient workflow. Act as the main communication bridge between technical teams (engineers, architects) and nontechnical stakeholders (product managers, executives, clients). Provide clear, concise, and regular project status updates, resolving conflicts, and managing stakeholder expectations. Provides guidance and/or leadership to others, including indirect reports, peers, or managers. At all times, complies with SGS Code of Integrity and Professional Conduct. Remains familiar with SGS quality assurance procedures. Complies to all SGS QHSE and HR policies and procedures. Performs other related duties as may be assigned either in support of departmental goals or for his/her personal or professional training, education or development as programmed by his/her immediate superior. 1-3 years leading AI, analytics, or machine learning projects with measurable impact is preferred.

Profile Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or a related field is required. Master's degree (MBA, MS in AI, Data Analytics, or Technology) is advantageous. 7-10+ years of progressive experience in technical project management is required. Proven experience managing cross-functional teams and budgets is required. Continuous professional development or certification in AI/ML (e.g., Google AI, Microsoft Azure AI, or Stanford AI Professional Program) are advantageous. Skills Required: Ability to manage and coordinate multiple projects in a fast-paced, highly professional environment. Exceptional Communication (written and verbal) and presentation skills, with the ability to "translate" technical details for a non-technical audience. Visionary, strategic thinker with the ability to anticipate business and technology trends, with an ethical mindset and commitment to responsible AI principles. Strong business acumen with analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to quickly address technical challenges and make informed, complex decisions. Well organized, stress resistant, and able to work autonomously.
