⛳ About the Role

The Range Attendant helps keep our putting green, driving range, mini-golf areas, and surrounding grounds looking great and running smoothly. You’ll play a key role in creating a welcoming, safe, and fun experience for our golfers—while working outside and staying active.

What We’re Looking For

Must be 16 years of age or older

Dependable and reliable (your team counts on you!).

Able to drive a ball shagger and manually pick up golf balls.

Positive attitude and strong work ethic.

Friendly, helpful, and committed to excellent customer service.

What You’ll Do

Set up equipment and check supplies at the start of each shift.

Maintain the driving range, putting green, short game area, and mini-golf paths.

Keep flags, greens, and grounds in top shape.

Keep work areas clean and safe throughout your shift.

Watch for safety hazards and report or fix them when possible.

Assist guests with questions or concerns.

Work collaboratively with fellow staff members.

Follow uniform policies and present a positive, professional image.

Arrange for substitutes when needed and notify supervisors of schedule changes.

Follow all procedures in the Golf Learning Center Manual and Park District Employee Policy Manual

Pitch in on other tasks as assigned—teamwork makes the green work!
