Mandatory:

Experience in RAN (Radio Access Network) or Transmission configuration in live telecommunication networks.

Troubleshooting and KPI analysis for base stations and/or transmission network elements.

Knowledge of Nokia and/or Huawei technology (RAN).

English proficiency at B2 level.

Optional:

Knowledge of Telefonica tools (Netact, UTS, U2020/MAE).

 TRM - Transmission

• Precheck of the tickets provided by the customer
• Check for other activities that need to be done in parallel
• Precheck the transmission configuration inside of the customer network and evaluate what is required for the activity
• Plan the work for a date at least two days in the future (potentially with technician field support for patches)
• Schedule together with RAN (Access) colleagues as support (Team schedule available)
• Document inside the customer ticket system
• Successfully implement the new configuration together with RAN
• Make sure, the basestation is running according to plan and has no alarms

RAN - Access

• Use the above mentioned team schedule to check for planned activities
• Prepare the necessary configuration files for the basestations
• Precheck the doability of the activities
• Work together with Transmission colleague to successfully implement the new configuration (potentially with field technician as third party)
• Troubleshooting of potential errors until the basestation is running as planned and has no alarms left (Only then, the work counts as done)

The ideal candidate should have a Bac+5 in Networks and Telecommunications and mandatory experience of 3 to 5 years.
