Responsibilities
• Specification of the train system, including operability, functions, performance, and architecture
• Performance of trade-off analyses for future technical solutions
• Definition of verification and validation activities (Means of Proof) and monitoring of their execution
• Technical leadership of engineering studies to achieve performance targets and deliver technical documentation
• University degree in engineering (mechanical, electrical, systems, or a related field)
• Experience in systems engineering, subsystems, rolling stock equipment (RME), or railway environments (considered an asset)
• Knowledge of systems engineering processes (ISO/IEC 15288) and requirements management tools (e.g. DOORS)
• Ability to work with multiple technical stakeholders
• Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and effective communication
