The Radiologist will collaborate with a leading global AI research organization to evaluate and improve the clinical reasoning capabilities of large language models. This role focuses on assessing advanced, real-world diagnostic scenarios and developing expert-level radiology challenges, with a strong emphasis on nuanced clinical judgment, complex differentials, and gold-standard diagnostic reasoning.
Radiologists across all diagnostic subspecialties are encouraged to apply, with a strong preference for Musculoskeletal (MSK) and Neuroradiology specialists.
Requirements:
Key Responsibilities
• Design complex, real-world diagnostic radiology cases that test advanced clinical reasoning.
• Develop authoritative, gold-standard answers with clear and structured diagnostic explanations.
• Emphasize edge cases, subtle findings, and nuanced differential diagnoses, particularly in MSK and neuroradiology.
• Evaluate and provide feedback on AI model performance, identifying common reasoning gaps and failure modes.
• Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary research teams to improve model accuracy and clinical relevance.
• Contribute expert insights on multimodal imaging interpretation, including advanced MRI-based workflows.
Required Qualifications
• MD or DO from an accredited medical school.
• Completion of an ACGME-accredited Diagnostic Radiology residency.
• Fellowship training in Radiology (any subspecialty).
• Board-certified or board-eligible in Diagnostic Radiology.
• Minimum of 2 years of post-training clinical experience.
• Currently based in the United States.
• Exceptional attention to detail with strong written and verbal communication skills.
Strongly Preferred
• Fellowship training in Musculoskeletal Radiology and/or Neuroradiology.
• Primary clinical practice focused on MSK or neuro imaging.
• Academic or teaching experience involving residents, fellows, or clinical conferences.
• Experience creating case-based assessments, examination questions, or evaluation rubrics.
• Background in complex MRI interpretation and subspecialty-driven imaging workflows.

• Independent contractor engagement.
• Fully remote role with flexible scheduling.
• Project duration may vary based on scope, performance, and evolving requirements.
