Schedule: Full-Time | Days or Nights (Rotating Weekends)

Compensation & Incentives:

• Base Pay: $24.93 – $36.15/hour (based on years of experience)

• Shift Differentials: Nights +$3.25/hr | Evenings +$2.00/hr | Weekends +$2.00/hr | Holidays – Time & ½

• Sign-On Bonus: $7,500

• Relocation Assistance: Available case by case

Overview

An established acute care hospital in Ocala is hiring a Radiologic Technologist to join their imaging team. This role offers the chance to work in a high-volume radiology department and perform diagnostic imaging procedures that support accurate patient care. New graduates are welcome to apply.

Responsibilities

• Perform diagnostic X-rays and imaging studies as ordered, following radiation safety standards (ALARA).

• Prepare and transmit images to Radiologists for review and interpretation.

• Room patients, take vital signs, and obtain accurate medical histories.

• Assist patients with transfers, exam preparation, and basic care needs.

• Maintain imaging rooms, supplies, and equipment cleanliness.

• Transport patients as needed to and from the imaging department.

• Graduate of an accredited School of Radiologic Technology – Required.

• ARRT accreditation – Required.

• State of Florida Radiologic Technologist license – Required.

• BLS certification within 30 days of hire – Required.

• No prior experience required; new graduates are welcome.
